"This aparthotel was an exceptional stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, very quiet (almost silent due to the courtyard blocking all street noise), well connected (2 metro lines and a tram stop at the entrance), and well appointed. The staff helped with replenishing amenities as requested and were very responsive via email. The bedding is excellent with soft and warm goose down covers and pillows that feel like clouds. "The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

Included breakfast was also excellent - gets you going for the day. The hotel is very close to keys sites of interest - the old city square, Smetana Hall, Charles Bridge, Dali/Muncha/Warlhol museum to name but a few. Prague, the old city and its architecture, art, music, and history - are all easily accessible to explore as a walking...

We were not used to the virtual check-in but it all worked out. This property was available when our original booking canceled our reservation at the last minute, a real life saver."
