"A localização excelente, os funcionários excelentes, mais a propriedade em si deixa muito a desejar, pois o quarto que ficamos a noite durante uma grande chuva alagou portanto tivemos que trocar de quarto, mofo nos quartos e a limpeza deixa a desejar pois atrás dos moveis tinham pelo de cachorro. Por isso nao dei 5 estrelas... Café da manhã também e excelente, espere que esse feedback ajude vcs a melhorar a estadia de seus clientes."

Café da manhã é delicioso, variado e todos os dias muito bem servido. "Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória."
