"We have stayed at the Pratt Best Western Plus a couple times for multiple days and felt very much at home. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and breakfast better than most places we have stayed. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub! Thanks for a great stay!!"

"Check in was smooth but we found out our door did not lock after we got back and someone told us someone opened our door and could just get in. To which this made one of us not able to see the start of our daughters tournament game because we had to wait for lock change to be complete. We were unaware the hotel is in remodel status. Got placed in a handicapped room with a shower head that would not stay upright and kept falling down. I did like the space of the room though and breakfast was...

"Bathroom tub had paint in various areas either had been painted previously and it was coming off or had been spot painted. Under the sink had chipped paint and partial divider from previous construction. Floor wasnt clean, had pieces of mud and other things stuck to foot when got into bed that we hadnt tracked in. Initially when first opened the door, it smelled as though someone had pooped in the bathroom and the room lingered of a poop smell for a while. Bed was comfortable."
