We really liked this hotel. We arrived before check-in time but our room was ready, clean and comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers and lots of clothes hangers which isn't always the case. This was our first trip to Madeira, and we found the hotel lived up to our expectations in all ways. We were unable to have a sea view, but looking out from our 18th floor room across part of the town, which was beautifully lit, and the mountains, was so lovely that we didn't close our curtains, just so we could look out if we awoke in the night.
