"The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel is located on the main road in Laxmi Nagar, and the rooms are on the third floor with no lift, so you have to climb the stairs to reach it. "We just returned home from a 16 night stay in northern India. We stayed at 9 different hotels and I will say this was my favourite by far. The rooms are a little smaller than your average India rooms however coming from London it wasn’t a big deal for us. The decor was beautiful. The staff were such a delight, a special mention has to be for chef Abhinav, he was such a special guy and made us feel so welcome. The food was also excellent for breakfast and dinner. (Breakfast was also the best the whole trip). Really don’t think you can go wrong with this hotel."
