"I booked through Expedia, and it was a good deal. This property is on the far west end of Sedona, and is nice and quiet. It's private. But, it's also a little dated. However, if you're looking for an affordable option or need privacy - it's a great option. This is also a vacation club property; in 2019 my husband and I were roped into buying into this company at their property in Vegas, and it's definitely not worth it. So only book if you are going to book for a single vacation - don't let them get you for the vacation membership! It's hard to use, the properties we have stayed at have all been dated and it's been a waste of money overall that we will be paying for for years."

"We sleep good at this property and recommend it as a nice place to stay if you're visiting. No pool, and no Jacuzzi, so Expedia needs to revise their description. Only issue was the tile in the bathroom was unexpectedly slippery."

"A nice, affordable option in expensive Sedona. Located in West Sedona, but still close to everything. All the rooms have a place to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. I was in the back building down the hill a bit. A couple of steps up to our ground floor room. Then the room had a patio out back with a wall against the hill where the front parking lot is. It means you’re eye level with the parking lot. Not an issue, just hard to describe. It meant our patio was a nice enclosed space with two rocking chairs and a table. Perfect for a relaxing breakfast prepared with the included fridge, micro, and coffee pot."

"The property is excellent if you are looking for an attractive and comfortable place to stay while in Sedona. Rooms are very nicely furnished and in my situation, was equipped with a full kitchen (it was a suite). One could live here comfortably. If however you are vacationing and seeking amenties beyond a pool (and they have some nice pools) there is little to be had. There is no tennis, pickleball or even shuffleboard available. The complex is on the edge of Sedona so no restaurants are in walkable range, which left me surprised there was not even a clubhouse/hotel bar to have a beverage or a sandwich, despite the number of people staying at the site. Upon arrival they hit me up to attend an information session where I would receive a gift (in my case refunding me the resort fee they just charged me when checking in). I asked if this was a time-share sales presentation and was told "they prefer to think of it as a club". Fortunately the rep did not press further after I told him I have absolutely no interest in a time share. Again, a nice place to stay if you are not looking for a place with typical vacation resort ammenities."
