"This hotel is comfortable, charming, and convenient. WE feel very much at home here when we stay in Cottonwood. This is our go-to place -- we would only stay at another hotel if they didn't have any rooms available. My only warning is that you should let them know if you need a room on the bottom floor. The top-flor rooms can only be reached by stairs."
"This hotel is beautiful and charming. It also has an excellent restaurant/bar in the lobby. We prefer to stay in historic hotels rather than new ones when we can, to get a better feel for the history of a place. The only caution is you do have to go up a staircase to get to your room. We can still do that, and it's worth the climb."
"I’ve stayed here twice. I love the theme rooms. The atmosphere is tranquil. The price is reasonable and staff are very friendly. I’ll stay here again for my next trip to Jerome AZ. "

"Stayed in a cabin beacuse it was more cost effective than the hotels with the pet fees. I and my two adult children knew there would be no wifi, but they gave us an option to buy it seperately. It worked on one device for about an hour, so I wouldn't do that again. Overall its a nice place to stay when I'm visiting family in the area. Although I don't really need more than a bed, shower and coffee pot. My kids did enjoy the pool table and hot tub though."
"A complete breakfast that was well prepared. A bed that was super comfortable and a room that was well maintained. And, easy drive to Whiskey Row.
What more could you ask! We plan to return."
"Right when we walked into the lobby, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. She saw we had a lot of suitcases, so she asked if we would like a room on the bottom floor because they do not have an elevator. I like how attentive she was to our needs. The hotel in general and our room was very clean and updated. Would stay there again in the future. "
