"The location was OK, but the staff didn't take care of our needs. We made the manager aware that people were running up and down the halls until after 2:20 am. They simply said they knew the guests were noisy and they heard them all night too. Terrible customer service! "

"Prescott doesn't offer a lot in the way of hotels, so it's nice to see a Hilton in the area. Really conveniently located at the end of Sheldon St, it's extremely walkable to bars, restaurants and cafes all over the downtown and Whiskey Row area. Amenities are what you'd expect from a Hilton. Our only real complaint was that you can hear nearby traffic from the hotel room."
