"I’ll start with the good. This hotel is in a very good location - an area with lots of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Staff members were very friendly. Complimentary late check out until 1 pm was nice. Onto the bad: this hotel is not sound proof. I was initially given a room on the 8th floor, and I kept hearing cars, music, and people speaking in the middle of the night and that really disrupted my sleep. I was also hearing guests speaking in the room next to me. Staff switched me to a quieter room on the 7th floor, but the room was so much smaller than the initial room I was given. The hotel also does not feel 4-star to me at all. Guests have to pay $5 per bag to leave their bags at the front desk. Other than the gym, there are no other amenities that 4-star hotels usually have. There is no fridge, no coffee machine, no kettle in the room. Towels smell like bleach."

"The hotel always smelled so good and clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was also very close to everything! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"When we arrived, it was early and needed to wait for a room to come available. Not an issue and many others were waiting in the lobby for the same reason. The problem came when I was still waiting for a room to come available when new people were coming in and the staff was checking them into rooms. When I heard him do it 3 times in a row, I walked up to ask if I could also please have a room and he told me nothing was available? And then immediately gave someone else a room. Magically, a room was available 30 seconds later for me. The pool hours were to be open until 10, the doors to the pool were locked at 9. We used the grill on the rooftop and needed plates and tongs. We went to the lobby to request these items. They refused to give them to us but instead had them brought up to us. Okay, that’s fine, but nobody ever brought them so we had to use a plastic fork to flip burgers. Overall just wasn’t impressed with the hotel. Nice area of town and felt safe but for the money spent I feel like we would have been better off elsewhere."
