"Room was a little tired (ripped lampshade, box spring cover that’s ripped up, outlets not working, etc.) and needs a refresh, but it was comfy and clean. I was on a work trip and the minibar on a weighted tray to detect product removal took up half the desk area so that was annoying. It had sings all over it saying not to move or unplug it or we’d be charged for the items, so there wasn’t a good work around. All that aside, great location and a nice place to stay."

"A nice luxury stay in the middle of the strip. Perfect if you want to be in the centre of all the action. The central lobby and botanical gardens are beautiful and there are lots of pools for Swimming. The fridge has a personal shelf, which is great for your own stuff as everything else is filled and very expensive. Shops and restaurants are all very high-end"

"Todo estaba muy bien, pero nunca fue una a limpiar nuestro cuarto en los días que estuvimos ahí hasta que nosotros bajamos a decirles que necesitábamos más toallas y aún así dirigieron a ellos que teníamos que bajar a decirles cuando cuando necesitaban los limpieza que aunque cuando hice el checking ahí estaba la opción que si queríamos limpieza todos los días y pusimos que sí había un costo extra y aún así no fueron ningún día sólo el día que nosotros dijimos que necesitábamos, toallas, fueron dejaron toallas y tendieron la cama y fue todo lo que hicieron y también tiene una actitud de servicio muy pésima. La verdad el lugar está muy bueno, pero el servicio al cliente pareciera que odia su trabajo solamente por eso no les dejaré ninguna estrella en servicio al cliente y el limpieza al cuarto"

"If ever in need of a time warp to Vegas back before modernist glass identical casino boxes, but rather a properly themed casino resort, the Luxor has always been there as a mid to low expense option. Always enjoyed staying here. Also the proximity to the Excalibur tram makes it also easy travel option north to walk the rest of the strip."
