Conner, Colin and Jordan gave great tips and advise.i arrived well before checkin, but they held my bags and offered good food/drink options. The hotel is literally steps from the Queen Street station so that was convenient. I would gladly stay here again!"

"The room was a good size for my wife and me, appreciated the air conditioning especially during a heat wave, shower facilities were very good and the coffee maker and cupboard with bowls, plates, microwave very useful though we didn’t use them. The only thing was that we found the mattress too hard which caused us discomfort and the fire alarm went off about 6am but was quickly switched off. The location of the hotel is useful being close to both railway stations, underground, bus stops, bars...

"Loved my room with jacuzzi bath, but there was no fridge in room. Breakfast was good but slow to recieved ordered products. The restaurant was also good for dinner. Could hear trains but wasn’t too bad. Bed was very comfortable easy walk to supermarket."

Breakfast ok except for large pile of rotting bananas every morning. Fire alarm went off briefly. Called reception, they said no issue. Went off again. Went down to reception where a few of us were told off for not vacating. Staff on desk did not seem to know what to do. No message or reassurances from staff when we went back to our rooms. "Staff did their best to make a bad situation, tolerable. As noted by the hotel, they are surrounded by construction that is noisy and messy. Parking is nearby but you have to drag your luggage to the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and service was good as was the food. "
