"Short stay for Cruise, Unable to link up with the shuttle service, resorted to an Airport cab. Shuttle to the Port was well navigated, considering Miami construction and traffic. The staff was friendly, courteous. Evening shift handled the long lines very professionally. That was why she couldn't answer the phone,( Multi-tasking). Breakfast basic, limited seating, Rooms, dated, beds uncomfortable, older furniture. Changed rooms b/c TV did not work and toilet did not flush. I was ready to go. OK for price, location to port"
