"Overall a good experience"

"Room was relatively clean, but updated linens are needed there was a hole in the sheet. Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. Do not recommend. Also the girl said it was "always a problem if you book through Expedia.""

"Property isn’t super attractive and it’s right by some stores and apartments so I was afraid of noise. But we have a very pleasant stay here. It is economy. Decor not great. Hallways dingy. But room, while dark, was quiet and clean. Slept great. For an overnight stay it was fine. Close to a biscuit place for breakfast. Parking easy. Staff member at front desk was friendly and helpful. Unusual to find economy hotel with queen beds which fit our group better than full beds. Appreciated that. "

"Clean, no-frills room with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The property is aged but perfect for a comfortable stay at a budget price. I especially appreciated the great water pressure in the shower--it's hard to wash long hair in a trickle! The included breakfast is basic but was sufficient to get my day started (although my GF friend had to make other arrangements). Close to everything, easy to access from the highway."

"We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better."
