"They did a great job with keeping the rooms clean and smelling fresh."

"Clean Rooms_Excellent Customer Service! We stayed in the 1 King Suite. It was much better than a single king room. The extra space with the sofa and chair added a nice touch and felt much less cramped. The continental breakfast was really good with a nice amount of options to include freshly (self-made) pancakes and waffles. Coffee was available 24/7. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"Unfortunately people who have children in diapers sitting in the hot tub still happens everywhere so did not get to enjoy it after a long day at a tradeshow."

"The hotel was conveniently located for the educational site we were visiting. The very young desk clerk was pleasant but slow during check in. The desk clerk did know the password to the business computer in the lobby and the general password didn't work on it. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. There are no drawers in the room. No additional clothes hangers nor another suitcase rack were available. Housekeeping was sporadic during our 5-day visit. Breakfast was monotonous but convenient....

"We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay."

"We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great location. It’s clean. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is super attentive and the rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Sadly this time the property had a couple of issues. One elevator wasn’t working and the second elevator that was available was very slow, would skip floors, buttons weren’t working properly, we resorted to using the stairs. Our bathtub wasn’t in the best shape and it was also backed up with a very slow drain. We skipped...

"It was fine. The room was clean enough. You could hear some neighbors, but that is normal. Most of the workout equipment in the gym was broken, so that was a bummer. The breakfast was good and staff was super kind."

"Good to stay if you need somewhere to sleep. However, the place isn’t up to the most modern type of hotels. They have an older hotel building foundation, closer to a motel look, and is still being renovated. Housekeeping cleans your room every other day of the stay. So if you need things, you have to go to the front desk and ask in person so it is a bit inconvenience but maybe partially because of low staff. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and not be disturbed, then this is a decent...

"My daughter and I had a 2 night stay just for a quick get away. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Loved the gym and enjoyed the water available. Great coffee and 24/7 service with creamer options. Comfortable bed Nice water pressure and enjoyed the shower The location at our hotel was amazing. Great walking distance to food and entertainment, shopping. Free breaks fast had healthy options"
