"We stayed one night in this hotel, and enjoyed it enormously. We decided to book one of the more expensive rooms, and it did not disappoint, absolutely stunning! We also had a delightful massage and made use of the pools and restaurant. All extremely good. "

"Hotel was so convenient to the center of Ortigia and the most beautiful piazza Archimeade- lots of cafes and restaurants. Emanuela, who ran the hotel was so helpful with valet details and giving us lots of suggestions for breakfast and dinner. They upgraded our room and they had a really comfy bed with the best pillows! Overall an excellent stay!"

Le domaine est absolument somptueux : terrain immense, grande piscine, chambres confortables et petit point pour le portail à l’entrée qui est d’une grande élégance. "The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered recommendations for the area as well as nearby towns to visit. Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her....

"This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom."

"The property is secure and there is an elevator. My room was very clean and had everything a traveller would need, including a complete kitchen. I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower.
