The owners were so friendly and welcoming- showing us to our room (rather than just handing off the key), recommending restaurants, helping us to plan where to visit in the historic city (check out the library!), making sure that we had plenty for breakfast even though we were later than the other diners. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. "

"One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who spoke perfect English. We had originally booked a room but we were upgraded to an apartment which I recommend. I would have book an apartment if I’d have know how great they are. The view was absolutely amazing, kitchen facilities which we used for all our meals instead of eating out. Very clean and tidy. The apartments are at the very top of the mountain so it’s very peaceful and quite. "

"What a lovely spa/hotel and surrounding countryside! The staff is kind and accommodating. And the pools are wonderful. My wife and I started off at Hotel Rosa apartments and opted to transfer to Hotel Sotelia with the adult pool complex. It was a good choice. We have nothing against the young children, but it was nice to rest in the soothing waters without kids running around. The meals were quite good. The surrounding farmland is beautiful and it's crowned with a 13th century castle at the top of the hill. "
