"Pool and hot tub were awesome! We had four travelers and were given a king bed and a sofa bed. We asked to switch rooms so everyone could have an actual bed. The lady at the front desk changed our room which was so nice but did not tell me there was going to be $100 charge to do so. That should have been said upfront, so I was a little surprised. My adult daughter locked us out and the after hours assistance was very quick to remedy the situation."

Very noisy above us, I think there are people living full time towards the back of unit. also, a large older motorhome tucked away in back parking lot with a long extension cord plugged into motel. that motorhome was blasting music continuously. Kinda hillbilly of a scene."

"Booked a camping tent that was nice. Bed was comfy and clean. The fresh air was nice and the view on the horse ride was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom situation was not great and not so clean. Please fix this, you have a great place but you will turn away people if you cant figure that out. Food was decent for dinner but the breakfast was great."

"My key card could not access any of the amenities such as pool and gym and also would not open exterior doors when taking the dogs outside. I mentioned this on day one and the staff said it was only my room key having problems. When I did want to access the pool,I had to wait in line behind guests checking in for the only staff person to unlock the door for us. Also got locked out when taking the dogs out and had to walk to the other end of the hotel to the lobby entrance. The staff said the...
