"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"The rooms were clean, gave us 4 sets of towels(so many places gave us 2), towels were refreshed and beds made, breakfast could have been better..not much for fruit, tiny yogurts, had lots of coffee though! The rooms could be bigger, so hard to place all our luggage. Would most definitely stay here again. So close to downtown. We had Elk walk through the hotel sitting area. Complementary s’mores!"

"Quiet location. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Rooms very clean and comfortable. It was a great experience to stay at this historic lodge."

"Property was well maintained however the parking was not that much convenient being on the hills. Location was convenient and close to the Rocky Mountain national park - bear lake side. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good experience."

"Location near the park entrance was great. Rooms were fine, cozy even. However, the hotel missed the mark on service/hospitality. I showed up an hour early and was basically shooed away. I would have been happy to pay extra for the early check in but they never even asked. In fact they never even asked my name. And then when I was finally allowed to check in, I had to use self service check in kiosks that were cumbersome and annoying."

"The location to downtown, shuttles to Rocky Mountain National Park, Stanley Hotel. Didn’t use car for the five days that we were there. General area with restaurant and bar was nice."

"Hot tub and staff were wonderful. Difficult to cook because of the tiny space. Stairs leading up to the cabin are hard for the elderly."
