"Our room was very clean. However, the shower had a severe leak and tub wouldn't drain. The king bed mattress was really bad. It was a big bowl. Very uncomfortable. We were only staying one night. When we told the front desk at checkout, all she said was ok, I'll tell maintainence.

"The Hilton is in a great location if you're planning on going to US Bank for a concert. The check-in process took a bit longer than I wanted but it worked out. We had 2 rooms and I had called ahead of time to try and get adjoining rooms but it didn't work out. They were right next to each other so that was fine. We walked about 8 minutes to the light rail to get to our concert and had no issues."

"All the activities you could want and then some. Staff was friendly. My kids had a blast, heck, even I (Dad) had fun. Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The water in the water park was nice and warm, good for the kids to play for hours. Lots of people, but that was expected. Staff does a good job managing crowds and keeping things moving. "We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We won’t be staying there for our next concert. ...
