"Definitely not a 5 star property, other similar properties are rated 3 or 4 stars. The hotel is at a prime location next to one of the best beaches on the island. The staff are excellent, all very helpful and polite. And this is where all the positives about this hotel end. The property, even the new wing, is tired and in need of refurbishment. The corridors smell badly because of the humidity soaked by the carpets. Similar issues in the room. Any repairs carried out in the rooms are patchy....
"We were a large party and had three enervated rooms. Plenty of plugs, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities ok could be improved with a better quality kettle and toaster. Maid service mostly every day, restaurant and pool cafe very good and value for money. Just off the strip and well located for everything. Would definitely go again and we will be booking again as quickly as we can get the pennies ready lol😊"
"We had a wonderful stay at Alion Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
