"The property is quiet and located right outside Provincetown, with a shuttle that runs every half hour into town. The front desk associate was kind and my check-in experience was a breeze. I had a dune view room, which was across the street from the main property but it was a perfect, quaint room with plenty of space and an a/c that worked maybe too well :) The towels were a little less than glamorous and I didn’t make use of the other amenities while I was there but overall, I would say the stay was very satisfactory for me."

"My wife and I have been coming to Ptown for our summer vacation for 17 years and have stayed at various hotels and B & B's up and down Commercial street but this was our first stay the Breakwater and it was surprisingly delightful! We loved the comfy outdoor patio furniture with a view of the ocean, access to the beach across the street, and being on right on the shuttle bus route to the center of town. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we can't wait to come back next year!"

"Great stay at Surfside. Friendly staff aiming to please. This area is quieter than other parts of Ptown which was great but a little further to walk to Town when weather is very hot and humid. Pool area with plenty of Umbrellas and loungers and option of small beach with loungers across the street is ideal. Although they say all day coffee if you are an early riser would recommend to bring your own coffee maker .Coffee maker in room was inadequate...( should have been a Keurig at that price point) Office and coffee opens at 8am...good to know. Place was clean and room was spacious enough. Some current construction was inconveniently planned for height of season but will be well worth it in the end.."

"This is the second summer we have stayed at the Dune Crest and we absolutely love this place. It sits on top of a bluff overlooking the bay and you can see the moon and the lights of Provincetown at night. I almost dont want a leave a review because i want to keep it our secret, but the staff and the locaton and the wonderful amenities are too great not to share. Helen the property manager is super cool, so friedly and accommodating! Love seeing Trinidad every morning at breakfast! Love pool! Saltwater too! Coming back next summer! "

"Hotel was a good size and room was clean. Location was good. It was easier to get ubers to and from downtown. There was also a bus that regularly stopped if you're looking for a cheaper option. Would stay again."
