"Amazing service by Valeria and Valentina. Our flight got late by 90 minutes and arrived past midnight. They were waiting for us. Clean, spacious. Quiet. Unbeatable customer service. Daily room cleaning. Certainly recommend."

"Only complaint the $30 euro late check in fee, 8pm is really early to charge a late check in fee, especially when it was all done virtually, no one met us at the room it was all done over the phone, if I didn’t have a phone available I don’t know how that would work. But they were very kind and helpful and I really appreciated that"

"We stayed at B&B Oriental Palace for one night. It was only a 10 minute walk to the historic center of Catania which was very convenient for our short stay. Our room was clean, and we were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated. We weren't able to have the breakfast as we had to leave early for a flight but there was coffee/tea and small bites available throughout the day. The B&B is tucked away deep inside an older historic building, and you needed 5 keys to get through the...
