"Great location at the water’s edge, great room and yes there are stairs everywhere so no surprise there. We had the top floor with a kitchen and deck which was fabulous for watching the world go by. It was worth the extra stairs. Super welcoming and helpful host. The bathroom was renovated with a good shower. Everything you need for a stay in Riomaggiore. Steps to everything including the beach."

"The perfect place to access Cinque Terre. If you want to stay close but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle this hotel is for you. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a perfect amenity. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, views are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are just incredible, made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was out of this world wonderful, so much variety. Onsite restaurant for dinner was delicious (I recommend the polpo!!) Dario, Giorgio, Karla, Massimo, Franccesco, breakfast staff, etc. some of the most memorable people! We will be back💚"

"Staff were super helpful and communicative. The location was amazing and the amenities were very nice (mini fridge + complimentary water, coffee, wine & morning focaccia). Be sure to look at the room names when booking. While all of the rooms are nice, not all have the amazing patios or views."

"Loved the property. Felt like we were in our own little world. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Only downside is that it is way up on a mountain and you needed to wait for a shuttle to come pick you up in both directions. Shuttle only runs once per hour but in all fairness we were not inconvenienced by this at all. You can take a cab up that will cost you 30euro if you absolutely must get there."

"very friendly and welcoming, good vibe and clean room. Bed was very firm and comfortable to sleep in, the room was cleaned each day. Very good location right in the center of town, it was great! very highly recommend!"

"Far better than the alledged 5 star hotel we had stayed in at Santa Margherita. Good breakfast with quality products e.g. fresh bread, Wilkins jams and freshly made cappucino not from a nachine plus lots more. Quiet air conditioning and room was cool when we arrived. Complementary water in the room. Rainfall shower. Good location just over 5 minutes walk from train station and about 15 minute walk to the ferry terminal for Cinque Terre. A block away from a very good restaurant."
