"The hotel was an excellent location! It was super easy to walk to everything in the old town. We also really enjoyed breakfast every morning from the local pastry shop, although we didn't receive our vouchers every morning. However, we encountered a few additional issues. "Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment."

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."

"Comunicazione e check-in perfetti! La struttura è meravigliosa, situata nel centro di Minervino, camere ampie e ben arredate. Bellissima la zona piscina, curata e pulita. Bella la terrazza usata per la colazione, buona ma darei maggior spazio alla parte salata con un po’ di prodotti tipici locali (formaggi e affettati). Viaggio spesso per lavoro e, una cosa sempre gradita e che consiglio, è far trovare in camera una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto e una cialda di caffè"
