"This hotel was extremely clean and smelled so fresh. The staff was always available and ready to help. We had a pleasant stay as our room and the lobby were nice. Breakfast was very good since there were many great options and the staff was super efficient. "

"Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...
