"We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!"

"We stayed for just one night in the "Lu Magazzi". It was a beautiful room and looked like it had been very recently built. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We enjoyed the breakfast with all the home produced products. We particularly loved the Torta di noci (Walnut cake). The owner provided helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat - all a short drive away in the next village. Such an idilic quiet place to stay if you are exploring the Sibilini mountains. ". We had a great time during our stay, and everything was very comfortable. Two people who truly made our visit extra special were Philip at the front desk and Ana Maria, our room attendant. Both were excellent human beings and a pleasure to interact with. Philip went above and beyond—he personally ensured we had our breakfast packed the day we had to leave early in the morning, knowing we had paid for it. That kind of care and attention made a big difference. Ana Maria also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and perfectly tidy every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel truly welcomed and at home. Thanks to them, we fell in love with Rome even more. The only downside was an interaction with the night shift front desk staff. Unfortunately, he was not very helpful or pleasant. I requested bathroom tissue, which never arrived, and his general attitude didn’t reflect the level of service we experienced from the rest of the team. Aside from that one incident, everyone else we encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming. "
