"Everything was great except the floor they were really cold and washroom had no heating so overall it was nice but they should work on heating system in the house."

Theres no balcony, it's a share terrace, we were there by ourselves, but when the other units are occupied im assuming you have additional people using this common area. It dose have a pretty view. "The inside was very nice. However as we were entering the building I was wondering what I had gotten into. The building entrance could use some TLC. The apartment is very nice and has everything needed except maybe a bread knife! Our greeter was excellent! Very near the water so a nice place to stroll along the bay. "
