"Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Cleanliness throughout the hotel truly stood out. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection of meats, cheeses, salads, fresh breads, jams, yogurt, and coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, happily sharing historical details about the building, which added a special touch to our stay. The location is ideal—just a 4-minute walk to the castle....

"Easy late night check in and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The reception team were attentive and thoughtful - even offering a buffet take-away breakfast knowing we had an early flight back. Regular bus service outside of the hotel meant we could enjoy the best of Gdansk till late. A wonderful break made easy by these fab new hotel. Thank you! "

"I had pre-advised that my wife was coeliac and they acknowledged this at reception and when entering the breakfast area, but when we asked if someone could explain what was gluten-free there wasnt much help. The first day a couple of gluten-free bread rolls were provided and on the next couple of days we had had to ask for the bread rolls. Some of this may have been due to language barriers. On one day we were able to ask a waiter who checked with the chef. A mixed bag in terms of success and...

"Lovely spacious room and bathroom and both were very clean. The pool and wellness facilities were a great way to start or finish the day. Staff friendly and hotel is walkable from the main sites. Uber was very inexpensive to get to the hotel from the main station if you didn’t fancy the 20-25 minute walk. Good selection of breakfast items in a nice room with some table overlooking the river "

"This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. The amenities are well maintained and clean, but the old carpet had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals making stuffiness even worse. We only stayed...
