Friendly and professional staff

Staff was very helpful in meeting my needs for my overnight stay along with my puppies. The room was clean and spacious, had a great view of the volcanos. I’ll gladly stay here again.

El regreso a la 1:00 de la mañana fue por la calle de atrás y la reja estaba cerrada y tuvimos que pasar una parte sin calle, enlodada por la lluvia, para poder llegar al hotel. Además es una parte muy oscura e insegura. Lo demás estuvo bien.
