If you don’t want your vacation ruined, don’t stay here. The only reason I would give it 1 star is because of the location, other than this nothing else. I booked 1 room with 2 QUEEN beds, by the way, very expensive for the type of hotel it is. It is more of a 2 star hotel. When we arrived, they gave us the room and it had 2 full size beds, honestly they felt more like 2 twin beds. The first night, we couldn’t rest. The beds were very small and we were 3 grown adults. We couldn’t do anything overnight because there’s no one during the night. So if you run into a problem, you’ll have to wait until the morning. So, in the morning, we told the person there about the situation and she said all the rooms have the same size beds. I even told her to give us a twin bed to place in the floor, we just wanted to rest but she declined. It was a complete nightmare. We booked for 6 nights. We asked for a refund of the remaining nights so that we could go to another hotel and they refused. They never solved the problem nor they refunded us. We had to stay there and we never really rested. It was a horrible experience. On top of that, the shower did not work properly. A 10 minute shower turned into a 30 minute shower because of the water flow. There was hot water but you could never regulate it to be warm, it was either hot or cold. The bathroom had a hole in the roof where the vent was, anybody could just see us through it. They go into your room even if you tell them you don’t want service
