We had a great stay at this property. The staff were amazing and welcoming. We would stay here again. However, there could be a better process in place for people arriving early before check in time. Maybe the staff could suggest dropping off the luggage and some specific places to visit in the town before check in time. Other than that, everything was great. The food was also delicious!

The food was excellent every day. Did not have a bad meal. The staff were incredibly friendly. The resort is older but we knew prior to booking and great value for cost. Was within walking distance of Malecon and many shops. We cannot wait to come back next year! Thia was the first time we booked 2wks in PV and would come back to this resort!

Food and staff related were great. The walking area has safety issues with damaged bricks and missing ones a shortage of sitting for outdoor lounging a regular room inspection would help stay on top of things

The overall experience was fantastic. The food was wonderful, servers and waitresses were phenomenal. My only suggestion is having a bit of a pep talk with the night crew that works the front desk. They weren’t the most helpful and it almost appeared as though they didn’t want to be there. Aside from that, everything else was pretty awesome. I strongly recommend this resort, family friendly but very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The pools, how close we were to the beach. The pool bar and service from their staff. Our housekeeper Veronica was absolutely incredible. Diana, Adrian, so many staff members I can't name, but they were all fantastic 😊

Pretty good, except a few things!

It is a nice resort with great staff. There was no fridge in my studio suite, but there was a stove. No food services from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. No blanket in the room, only sheets on the bed. Otherwise it was pretty good.

My room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom fan was broken. If we were lucky, it was the last place to be cleaned. The tub had peeling paint and didn’t drain properly, so we always ended up showering with the tub overflowing. The snacks were repetitive, and the food wasn’t very kid-friendly.
