Good breakfast option and great beach front very convenient location to amenities amazing pool and good service overall my dislikes is rooms need updated and no telephone to order room service and time share selling is off putting but it’s a good vibe there

Friendly staff-convenient to access mall, restaurant-coffee shop - nice breakfast Buffet included (wished to have different selections every 3 days…) lived the fresh fruits daily.

Everything is good except for their guest policy. It’s hard to invite friends inside the hotel as you have to go through annoying formalities . The location is amazing and staff are pleasant .

Excellent customer service from pool staff that was the best. The food at the restaurants was overprice, the quality of the food was mediocre at best, for example I order a chorizo pizza in which I was able to count the pieces of chorizo very unsatisfying, the enchiladas de mole taste was not good and the enchilada was roll into a taquito and very hard, and I keep on going on about the poor quality of the food, we end up ordering out. The rooms were not properly clean the beds were just made the floors were no clean and 2 days did not leave shampoo or soap and we have to call reception asking for it.

Telephone did’t work…staff doesn’t know how to get an incoming call to the correct room number. Drawers in the kitchen stuck Locked out of the room for 4 hours the night before my surgery until. Midnight and desk clerk refused to change rooms( when hotel only 30 percent occupied) so I sat in the lobby in my wheelchair!?! You owe me a refund !!! I would never recommend it!
