"Everything about this hotel was great! Complimentary breakfast was great. We were able to check in right when we arrived, they gave us a map and told us where to explore and how to get there, and helped us plan our transportation to the cruise terminal. It is about a 20 minute walk to the public market and 30 minute walk to the space needle. Very highly recommend!!"

"Pictures for the hotel room where a little misleading staff was decent What’s nice that you needed a key card to access to elevator, but would’ve been nice to have known ahead of time but that’s what happens when you do electric sign in so no full complaints. "super expensive for what you’re actually getting. would not recommend. location is fine, but the hotel itself is very old and not well-maintained. extremely loud at night and when i asked to change rooms the staff was very accusatory. there were a lot of really great staff but also some not so great staff there. this did not feel like a 4 star hotel, maybe 30 years ago but no longer a place i would want to stay. not as clean as i would like especially for the price. there was also a weird...
