The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!! Very nice hotel, great restaurants and food in house, staff super helpful, grand opulence in the midst of the City. Everything in Pune is a mix of old and new, modern and ancient, pristine and squalor. Just go a half mile and it all renews again. The symphony of horns in traffic is worth the visit, as you navigate the City to see the sights.
