The staff were incredibly supportive, caring, and welcoming from the moment we arrived—always going above and beyond. Breakfast was a highlight, with all meals delicious and fresh; the aloo paratha was especially mouthwatering and authentic. Any request we had, big or small, was handled promptly and with a smile. "Big Red flag, do not recommend this at all. The staff himself explained that the owner doesn’t wanna keep the hotel maintained because they know they will get the walk in clients because of the prime location. Sheets were dirty, taps were jammed, every bit of room smells and looks like a rat home. It’s a shame, owner should spend one night and realize how he expects others to stay at his hotel with family. Charged me a decent amount for the hotel, but I felt like a jail. It was so cold and the quilt was not warm enough. I would rather spend the night in my car. "
