Para entrar y salir había que buscar por todo el hotel a la persona de recepcion porque nunca estaba, para el agua caliente toco rebuscar a esa misma persona para q a la final dijera que era un botón ( super fácil de resolver si lo hubiera avisado al hacer el check in, para terminar de rematar. Se fue el agua a las 9pm y nunca la volvieron a poner, lo extraño es que en los locales de las vecindades si había servicio.
