"Fantastic hotel, the superior room with seating area, table and chairs, luxury shower room, big king size bed was exceptional. The restaurant menu was excellent and food quality great value. The breakfast buffet was superb, eggs cooked to order, cold meats and cheeses, breads, fresh juices, fruit and a selection of baked cakes. Coffee on tap just fill up as much as you want. Dinning area was again luxurious designed. Staff were helpful. The location just perfect for walking around Punta Arena...

"It's an old but always nice place to stay. Gym, pool, restaurant, infront of the ocean. Everything ok with that. They need to change the tvs. Carpet is a little old and smells a little. But generally pretty good"

"This a great place to stay for a few days in Punta Arenas. It is close to the heart of the downtown but not so much that it is noisy. The little kitchenette is perfect for a meal in and the breakfast offerings were very sweet. The bed was also comfy and the room was very clean. Thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and friendliness!"

"We stay two nights in this hotel. The room is small but quiet with a large hot water heater and a large bed. It is very comfortable. There is no elevator, but it only has two storey. You need to carry your luggage up to your room. Front desk people are friendly but some with limited English and some are very good in English. Restaurant downstairs is convenient with good food. "
