"This place is a hidden gem. A little dated but the staff attentiveness over powered the looks. The food was amazing. Only thing I dislike is all inclusive had a tier a not available with my booking. Would have been extra for premium alcohol. Only thing I can really say I didn’t appreciate but. Overall great place."

"Room was amazing very clean and has AC as well. We opted in for the Up in the sky one and it does have a private jacuzzi which was super relaxing after being in the Cartagena heat. The staff was super attentive. Breakfast was always made fresh and it was delicious. All the staff made our stay so special and this is definitely a hotel we will be choosing when we have the opportunity to visit again. Also! Everything was extremely walking distance. I loved how we could pretty much walk everywhere....

"Airport shuttle sent from hotel (at a small cost) was waiting with a sign. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel staff was so kind, professional and very helpful! The property is very appealing. Room was great, comfortable beds and very cold A/C. We would stay again!"

"It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. It has a old world feel with new world vibe. It's very open, but at the same time, you feel the privacy. Very nice rooftop pool restaurant bar security checked upon you all the time staff checked on you all the time. I would highly recommend it's in the middle of everywhere. Most things in town are walking distance."
