The breakfast was excellent and on of the best amenities is the indoor hot water pool. The building is in fair state of maintenance but has some issues. The outdoor pool wasn't clean. Good underground garage.

Demasiado caro para la calidad que ofrece

Después de una estancia de 10 noches no fue posible late check out ni siquiera de 15 minutos porque “estaban llenos y debían si o si limpiar de manera urgente nuestra habitación”. Cuando en el checkin pedí una segunda llave porque éramos 2 personas me dijeron que “no podían dármela porque tenían pocas llaves”. Gimnasio: no funciona ni una máquina Desayuno: buena calidad de productos, totalmente colapsádos en cantidad de gente. No había platos, ni vasos, y siempre faltaban algunas comidas . Cochera: sin espacio para maniobrar. Muy difícil usarlas Si el precio fuera un 40/50% más barato todas estas no serían quejas atendibles. Pero con precios internacionales de EEUU o Europa, deben estar a la altura de esos lugares al brindar servicio

Instalações antigas. Cofre de chave e cobram 100 dólares se perder. TV não é smart e não conecta nada. Café da manhã todos os dias igual, não mudam sem o sabor do bolo. No hotéis.com diz que dão duas águas grátis na estadia, e me cobraram na saída. Todos os dias faltava toalhas de rosto. Bairro bonito, mas longe de restaurantes e cafés.

O hotel não honrou a reserva que já estava paga pelo hotéis.com. Me enviou para outro hotel de nível inferior, e na minha chegada no local indicado, não havia reserva para mim. Me custou algumas horas de conversas com o atendimento do hotéis.com para resolver o problema, perdi um evento da empresa para resolver essa questão. Somente consegui um quarto por causa do gerente do hotel que fui direcionado, o qual entendeu meu problema e teve a boa vontade em me ajudar.
