Expedia lies on this package. We paid extra for the breakfast and on the receipt it says free breakfast included. When we got there the resort told us we only get a $30 credit per day. Average breakfast cost for two orders of three pancakes and a side of potato hash and bacon is $60. So didn’t even cover half the cost of the free breakfast. As for the resort. Loved everything about it and the staff was great. Only thing I did not like was the restaurant's they were never open and way over priced.

This place is gorgeous! And I’m very selective and consider myself bougie with hotels. Love this place! So clean and nice, amazing food selection with the food court. Will be back for a parents only weekend soon!

Check in and out was a breeze. Our room was ready an hour early, The staff was courteous and friendly. We were there on the 4th, so the place was packed. Still not long waits for food and drinks. Our room faced the bay. We could see the fireworks from our room and they were spectacular. We stayed at the villa suites, strongly recommend. We have had several family members stay here and they all rave about it.

The garbage disposal and the phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone the first day and could never get through. I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team.
