Great place to stay for a few nights and chill. Enjoy the great, clean hotel and nice pool with the shaded areas that you need in this climate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are superb and I would try anything on the menu with complete confidence. Prices are sensible and compare very favourably with other hotels in Costa Rica. I hope we can visit again!

Lovely space , very clean and tidy. Friendly staff, huge bed. Lovely swimming pool, and 2 mins from the beach. Breakfast best so fat on our travels

Nice clean rooms - comfortable bed. Food was very good -pizza especially! Breakfast was good and staff attentive. The gardens were full of birds , squirrels etc and the gardens stretched down to the sea. Lovely swimming pool. -would highly recommend

It was heavenly across the board

Excellent hotel and nice staff but in a very remote location. Important to have a car or it would be difficult to leave the hotel.

The room was implacable and all staff have been extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. The food was varied and very nice every day. Good list of cocktails and the bar staff would also happily give you something that is not on the list or make all the twists you asked for, and they would remember you even though the resort was very busy. Didn’t use the parking so cannot comment on that. We had a perfect 8 night stay and would very happily return to the resort.

Lovely location and property. Line caught tuna for supper was delicious. Lovely breakfast with great choice including gluten free bread.

We booked all 3 pods for a 1 night stay on the way back to the airport after touring Costa Rica and all were excellent, privately located with an outdoor kitchen, toilet, shower, balcony and jacuzzi. Although quite remote, they do offer a takeaway delivery service from a local restaurant, and the town is approx 15 minutes away. Important to note that the transparent pod is down a steep windy narrow path with lots of uneven steps, which is quite difficult to walk up and down and a real challenge...

What an absolute gem of a place. I didn't want to leave! After a 2 week road trip, we wanted somewhere an 'easy' drive of SJO airport before our longhaul flight, and this place was perfect. We felt it extended our holiday because we instantly totally relaxed. The rooms had lovely comfortable beds and stunning views. The pool was amazing, as was the yoga room, the food was delicious and cooked with love. All the staff were delightful, making sure we were able to have massages in the beautiful...

Beautiful Setting lovely facilities two pools Quiet private safe spacious secluded Resort only has a few villas don’t feels exclusive in massive grounds Lovely Villa with private outdoor sitting area Fabulous breakfast Host Thomas goes the extra mile nothing is too much for him and he makes you feel very welcome Plus Loads of hot water

The rooms are quite basic but comfortable, there are a few mosquitos around but you are in a cloud forest so a few creepy crawlies are expected. Esteban is lovely and helped us book tours and transfers, the pancakes were amazing. The laundry service was so reasonable and so fast we got our laundry back and dry within a few hours! It is tricky to get to without a car but you can walk to the national park and to Santa Elena easily. We ate at a hostel up the road in the evenings, it is only a 5...

Great place to stay, easy reach of the airport at San Jose but far enough away to be surrounded by birds and wildlife
