"I had the most amazing stay. This is a pretty small hotel where the staff calls you by your name. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was healthy and delicious and the breakfast server, Anik, was amazing. She made me feel so at home and relaxed. "The best part of this property is by far the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Arjawa the bellman explained everything i needed to know about the hotel and the amenities from what time breakfast to how many times they clean the rooms. Pebri, Agung and Komang who were my servers at Brasserie restaurant were amazing always smiling and making sure I was doing great. Sumi was the supervisor at Brasserie and always greated me with a smile and also went out of her to make sure I was well taken care of. At the Bamboo bar I was well taken care of by Putra the bartender there. Amazing drinks amazing service. And Wirta also made sure I was great bringing me towels and always greeting me by name. The food was great at Brasserie I ate there 3 times a day if that tells you anything. So if ever you are in Ubud and want a luxurious place to stay and great staff to treat you amazing I would highly recommend The Alaya Resort."
