"We reserved a room with a King bed and upon check-in we were given a room with 2 Queen beds. We were already in the room and did not want to return downstairs after having been traveling from Florida. Additionally, our room was not cleaned nor the bed made during our stay. Perhaps, it was not part of the process, it was just unsettling to return to the room in the same condition we had left it. The staff was very approachable and appeared to understand our concerns but nothing was done...

"The staff member that checked me in was rude, maybe she was having a bad day but she made feel like I was a nuisance for asking for an early check in. But the main reason for the (bad) review is that I left something I made in my room. I called the following day but it was past 5 and was told that “the cleaning staff has left for the day, call back tomorrow” I called back two days later and they still hadn’t located the handmade pin I made. I took photos of it inside the room, on the window...

"I stayed here with my husband and children as we wanted to stay a night in Indy to visit the zoo and children's museum. Although it's a little outside of the city it was a perfect location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast. Room was very clean and the hotel was as well."

"Patricia made our visit great!!! Was celebrating my Grandson’s birthday and she went above and beyond. Breakfast was great!!! Room clean and like new. We had a suite. Air conditioning great and thermostat controlled. Water was a little cloudy in the pool though warm. Will definitely stay there again."
