"The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia the same way I booked and paided. In addition, no one available at front desk. you had to call a number and then someone will come at front. Very very disappointed"

"Liz was especially helpful. They are trying out a to-go breakfast for travelers who aren't there till the normal breakfast. This was great, however one of the apples was soft & bruised. While a bagel is a nice breakfast food, it is hard to eat in car (no toaster). Muffins were fresh and good. Water bottle especially appreciated. Hotel convenient to interstate, Sheetz gas, and downtown Madison with several restaurants to choose from."

"My only comment is that although I could see the hotel from the road, it was difficult to get to it in the dark. There is no signage, lighted or not, at the turn off to the access road. The access road runs behind the nearby SHEETZ and it took me a couple of passes to locate it in the dark."

"When we arrived at the motel on one was at the motel to check us in. We called the phone number that was on the door. No one answered and the voicemail was full. We went and got the other family member to see if they had any information. Tried to call and nothing. Went back and looked in the mailbox and the keys were there for both rooms. Finally got a call several hours later and she was unbelievably rude on the phone. The room was clean. That was the only good thing about the motel."
