The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely small boutique hotel. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and only minutes away from excellent restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Despite being so conveniently located, the hotel offers a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. On the day of my arrival, I found a lovely welcome card waiting for me in the kitchen, together...

Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

What a magical find. Love the hotel and its proximity to the beach and the restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful. Don’t usually go for hotel breakfast but this was the exception. Had a small double room away from sea which I now wish I’d paid the extra for. SJDL is a beautiful place and this hotel is the right place to enjoy it from.

Gorgeous hotel on the waterfront - the most impressive in Saint Jean de Luz, with a nice (simple) spa. The staff are the highlight - effortlessly efficient & totally capable - from the (handsome) door men to the amazing receptionist, capable maids & talented masseuse. Lovely hotel within an easy walk of Pau town centre. The spa was lovely, and the staff very welcoming. Great secure underground parking, with easy access even for lower cars, with plenty of EV charging. Also plenty of free outdoor parking on hotel grounds. Great one night stop on our travel through Europe this summer.
