"Lacking in customer service verging on rude! Hotel a bit dated, room was dirty. Didn’t bother complaining got the feeling they wouldn’t bother anyway. Booked the spa too. Water was filthy! Murky green/grey colour! They have a cheek to charge for it. The only fridge in the room stocked to the roof with their products! Would be nice to have somewhere to store refrigerated products. They also tried to charge us twice for the spa when we left even though they insisted we pay when checking in. They hold your passport and unless you return they crappy robes, bag, towel etc they won’t give you it back. Would never return! Shame really cause it could be nice "

"I'm so glad I chose the Expo Hotel Milan. Most important to mention is how great the staff is. They are all exceptionally kind and try to do everything they can to help you. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Their breakfast was great (delicious scrambled and hardboiled eggs, different cooked meats, yogurts, and assorted breads and pastries). The hotel itself is in a smaller industrial town outside of Milan, so the view isn't beautiful, but that's also why it's so quiet. It is a 45 minute car ride to the center of Milan, and a 25 minute drive to MXP airport. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. "
