"The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided extra towels when requested. Nice cold AC in the room, especially needed when it was almost 90°F in April. The pool needed major cleaning, but the hotel itself was very clean and neat. Every single staff member was cheerful, efficient and friendly. They were so welcoming. Especially appreciated the free shuttle to the BTS concert at Raymond James Stadium. Would definitely come back! "

"Well I went to check in for my second reservation and the nice lady checking me in was having trouble saying she could not find my reservation, I then showed her I had made the reservation 3 months ago and she kept saying it was weird and could not find it, very nice accommodating lady but I had to wait like 20 minutes just her trying to see what was going on until she realized the reason was the guy “DJ” had never checked me out. Thankfully I was checking in later that day, if not I probably would’ve gotten charged a fee. 100% do not recommend."

"We stayed here for bts concert , stadium and mall was only 10 min away. Airport 15 min away. Great location, great customer service, room was clean every time we came back. Only problem was door key won’t swipe well and had to get help , and carpet is sticky. I will be back!"

"The outside of the hotel and the common area is not a good reflection of the room itself, the room was decent but the drive up had us looking at possible other hotels for the evening. The “breakfast” was room temp/ warm juice and blueberry muffins. That’s it. Don’t count on it as part of the value here. Man working the front desk was nice enough had no issues with the staff. Wouldn’t stay again but it did its job"
