"Extremely kind and friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast menu was small but was sufficient enough to have a meal set option of Chinese or Western food. We got the Love Suite and it was more than enough space for a couple. The room had an amazing Mountain View and a private spa bath overlooking the outside views. Hotel location is fairly close to all the BeiTou attractions. Love the free shuttle service between the hotel and the nearest subway station. Will most definitely book here again!"

"The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me information to catch a bus as High Speed Train tickets were sold out! Enjoyed the comfortable bed, and the coffee and water options. I did find food okay for breakfast buffet and also the lounge. I wish they included more sandwiches. Overall, I would come back again to this Marriott property"

"Enjoyed our stay, although the weather did not co-operate. The staff was great, especially Ankor. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and made our stay very nice. Hot springs were good, but not hot enough for me. Good free shuttle to MRT station, close to shopping & restaurants. Schedule was very good for all the different times to use it, to go and return. Hard to walk as very hilly."

"The personal hot tub in the room was the best. Easy to climb in and out of for older couples. Location is next to Xinbeitou MRT so access to a supermarket, restaurants and the thermal spring all within walking distance. Breakfast was good. This was our second time staying here."

"Wonderful hotel for enjoying the Beitou hot sulphur springs experience. Modern Japanese style rooms have views overlooking Beitou Park. Hotel hot pools were elegant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast tasty. Short 5 minute walk to Thermal Valley, Hot Springs Museum, and Beitou Library. Best part is the large sulphur spring bath in each room."

"Very spacious clean room. First time staying at "secret couple" motel. Fast and easy drive through check-in, and you drive directly to the room garage parking space. You close the garage door, and you take the elevator directly to your room. You don't even have to select the floor. The spa area/shower is very big, almost as big as the room.
