The only complaint I have is they, really need to do something with the parking lot. There is so much ice on it, cars are having a hard time moving and I’d I really hate for someone to fall."

They were excellent in getting us a shuttle at 3 AM in the morning. The shuttle driver was early. He was an excellent man, very courteous and professional. Great attitude and he made sure we were on time to the airport. "

"Danie, the front desk clerk, was fantastic!! The location was great and the room was comfortable and spacious. This hotel is across the parking lot from the airport so I expected some noise. If I didn’t see the airport from my room, I wouldn’t have known it was there at all. Breakfast could have used some help. It’s a standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast so not terrible but not great"
