"In one word...Amazing!!!"

"The ac didn’t work and no staff was available to look at it. Short staff and people were waiting hours to check in due to no clean rooms… even at 9pm!! Crazy! No TP in room either… just no staff to ask for some. WiFi is pretty bad too. I think this is a good place that was having a bad night due to short staff. They were very nice when I did see them upon my check in. I would stay here again but hope they work out the kinks of this new facility. "

"Literally the only thing this place has going for it is the super kind staff! They are really trying but it's not there yet. There were many different smells that just seemed to worsen. We really tried to make the best of it. The room itself wasn't bad minus the odor. We ended up getting spray for the room and toughed it out the first night. Beds were fine. The AC was fine. Lave was quite. But when coming out of the room... no. This is an extended stay type hotel so no shampoo or conditioner...

"The only two positives about this place was the cold a/c and the woman working the front desk when I arrived. Otherwise, this property is terrible. I just stayed at a Motel 6 off 1604 near Bandera Rd. in San Antonio, Tx and it was wonderful. I booked this one thinking they were of the same caliber. I was wrong. There was trash all over the parking lot and the hotel was at capacity with people on extended stays. Essentially meaning that they live there. There was no where to park near the rooms,...

"It was nothing fancy, but it was what I needed at the time. The place was clean and they had a simple breakfast. "

"The elevators had no permits in them they had a printed sign on the doors saying 5 persons only at a time. One of the elevators went down twice When I went to check out the front desk girl was on her phone looked up at as if I was bothering her, told her I was checking out handed her the keys she said nothing. So I walked away. "

"Black mold in restroom and hallways, cockroaches, yellow stains on bedding, water damage in bathroom, drywall crumbling, 15 inch hole in hallway floor (covered by carpet), rust on nightstand lamp, peeling wallpaper and paint, dust covering vents, water damage by ac unit, cracked drywall "

"Front desk awaken me at midnight to move my car as it was invading another space. I checked and another empty space was available all night into the morning. Previously we had to change rooms as the furniture was filthy. "
